As a Client Service Consultant within our Wealth division, you will work alongside and communicate with Financial Advisors to assist with the delivery of financial products and services. You will utilize our advanced systems to manage communication via live chat and phone calls. Your ability to ask insightful questions and provide effective solutions will help resolve client issues in real-time. You will also identify and escalate issues to supervisors, look for opportunities to improve our best practice guides, and direct queries to support teams as needed.
